One of my favourite days coming up, pancake day! Nom
But this year I am determined not to have my usual after eating remembering how delicious, easy and quick to cook pancakes are and resolve to have them more often.
I say this every year and never do. This year I am resolved to the fact I probably won’t eat another pancake for another year!

At work I can’t seem to keep hold of a pen for very long, I’m forever getting new pens but never seem to have one to hand! But not any more, I have decided to customise two biro’s, now lets see anyone walk off with my pens! But the real test of my success is will I still have these by the end of next week?!
